About
DIST – Digital Strength is a forward-thinking European project dedicated to tackling cyber-violence and empowering young people and professionals in vocational education and training (VET). By raising awareness, building practical skills, and promoting inclusive values, DIST creates safer digital environments where diversity, tolerance, and mutual respect can thrive.
Through collaboration across institutions, sectors, and countries, the project strengthens the capacity of individuals and organisations to recognise, prevent, and counteract cyber-violence, fostering more resilient, inclusive communities both online and offline.

Project Results
DIST delivers a comprehensive set of practical resources and outcomes to drive real change. These include a European research report on cyber-violence, innovative workshop materials and training programmes, and hands-on learning experiences for both young people and professionals.
The project also produces implementation strategies and policy recommendations to influence decision-makers, alongside a wide-reaching awareness and dissemination campaign. Together, these results ensure long-term impact, scalability, and the transfer of knowledge across sectors and communities.
